Adds a terraform module under
terraform/seaweedfs/that deploys the seaweedfs-k8scharm. This provides an S3-compatible storage backend as an alternative to Ceph/MicroCeph.
Part of #193 — needed for the
monolithicanddistributed-seaweedfsdeployment flavors.
